Curtis L. Golkow, founder of Golkow Business Law LLC, has been practicing business, finance and securities law for over 35 years, with more than 20 years at large, prestigious Philadelphia-based regional and national law firms, representing entrepreneurs, emerging companies, investors, lenders and middle-market companies across a wide variety of industries.
Curt has served on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section and is a former Chair of its Mergers & Acquisition Committee. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on business law topics in continuing legal education programs for other lawyers and at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
