Curt is a former Chairperson of the M&A Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been a frequent lecturer on M&A at the Wharton School and Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

For several years, Curt has been a guest lecturer at the Wharton School on M&A and venture capital financing.

His approach is designed to keep the legal work aligned with the client's commercial objectives, whether the client is pursuing growth, an exit, a strategic acquisition, or a complex ownership transition.
